Amy Gernon is an attorney who helps parties design and administer settlements for complex legal disputes. She is a consensus builder with broad legal experience from the defense, plaintiff, and administrative perspectives. She strives to create efficient processes and procedures to implement parties’ settlement for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Amy has been selected by parties to serve as a Claims Administrator and been appointed to serve as a QSF Administrator. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals and a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. |
